They put U.S. Senate candidate Brian Goldberg and me in the same column when we asked to be bracketed together as “Atlantic County MAGA (Make America Great Again) Republicans. However, Gloucester County Clerk Jim Hogan ignored our request and the law to put Goldberg and me in separate columns (Photo #2).
Because ballot position is important, we filed suit against the Gloucester County Clerk yesterday. The case will be heard by Judge Benjamin Telsey in Woodbury on Tuesday, May 8. GrossmanforCongress.com
